1. Using promptCRM
By creating a promptCRM workspace or account, you agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt the service or access data you're not authorized to see.
2. Trials
Free trials run for 14 days from activation and do not require a credit card. We may end or extend a trial at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per user, per the cadence you select, and prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can change or cancel your plan by contacting our team.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you import or create in promptCRM. We process it only to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you import, including any consent required to hold contact information for the prospects in your account.
6. Availability
We aim to keep promptCRM available and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practical.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will note material changes on this page.
