We use this information to provide and improve the service, respond to support requests, and — where you submit a trial or demo request through our marketing site — to follow up with you about promptCRM.
3. Data you import
Prospect and customer data you import remains yours. We process it to provide the CRM functionality you've configured (search, AI scoring, automation) and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate promptCRM (such as hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data by contacting us. Account administrators can export or delete records directly within the product.
