promptCRM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service accurate and reliable, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's stated in our Terms of Service.
2. AI-generated output
Prompt commands, AI lead scoring, AI-drafted follow-ups, and other AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Treat AI output as a starting point, not a final answer — review it before sending it to a prospect, acting on it commercially, or relying on it for a business decision. Higher-risk or higher-value actions are queued for human approval by design, but that doesn't guarantee correctness of lower-risk actions either.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing in promptCRM — including AI-generated content, reports, or scoring — constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on it.
4. Data accuracy
Prospect, lead, and account data in your workspace originates from files you import, forms you connect, or information your team enters. We don't independently verify the accuracy of that data.
5. Third-party links and integrations
promptCRM may link to or integrate with third-party services. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, and using them is subject to their own terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Globalion Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. isn't liable for decisions made or actions taken based on promptCRM's output, including AI-generated content. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
